Warranty does NOT cover the following 7 circumstances:

--- Ordinary wear and tear
--- Water damage
--- Faults that are not related to mechanic features or manufacturing quality standard
--- Damages caused by personal misuse, negligence, excessive force, inappropriate technique
---   Item with its back cover being tampered with
--- Damages caused by external factors: such as scratches, missing stones, dents, nicks, fading/chipping of the material on the product etc...
---  Lost or stolen item/parts

Warranty does not cover water damage, therefore we strongly recommend not to swim, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with any replica watch.

-- The item is in its original condition, which means the product hasn't been worn, sized, parts removed, damaged, scratched or tampered with. The item must be unworn and resalable.

-- The item is returned within 14 days upon delivery, i.e. from the day the goods is signed for.

-- The returned item must be accompanied by a Return Form.

-- A minimum charge of £5 for handling & admin will apply in ALL refund cases.

-- All returns are at the customers' own cost and risk.

-- Refunds processing time is up to 14 working days.

Waterproof:

We strongly advice our customers NOT to swim, shower, dive, surf or have any other similar activity with our products.

-- Returns outside standard warranty may still be accepted in good faith.

-- It is not an obligation for us to accept it but as a goodwill gesture.

-- We may offer you flexible solutions and you have the right to accept or reject.

-- We endeavour to offer you a solution that meets your best expectation.

-- Returns processing time is up to 14 working days.

Any delivery times quoted are estimates only. We shall do our very best to deliver goods within quoted times.

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver within any times quoted or requested, no liability will be accepted for failure to do so.

No orders shall be binding by us until accepted by delivery of the products. However, orders are accepted only on these conditions.

All items on this site will be subject to availability.

We buy insurance for every parcel / packet we dispatch, to cover the value of the goods. If any damage or loss occurs in transit, we will be able to claim adequate compensation. The carrier will need to pay us for the loss and therefore customers are 100% covered for the value of the content.

The standard practice is that we re-send your order to you, provided that the first attempt to deliver didn¡¯t complete, and the issues will remain only between the carrier and us thereafter.

We have the right to vary the price without prior notices.  If any extra cost is incurred by reason for any additional instructions or any errors or omissions in instructions submitted by the customer, then we reserve the right to charge extra cost to the customer.

a) The risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

b) Until we have received full payment owed at any time by the customer

We shall have the right to cancel all or any contracts or withhold delivery if;

a) The customer fails to pay .

b) The customer commits any breach of contact.

c) We have any reason to doubt the credit worthiness of the customer.

Customers can cancel an order by prompt notice, it would be acceptable if the notice arrive before dispatch. Notices should be given via E-mails to us.

We can accept no liability for delay or non-fulfilment of any terms of the contract caused by force majeure or by any industrial dispute, accident, fire, scarcity of material or labour or by any cause not directly within our control.
